Explore your heart out

I always loved photography and to explore. I have 100s and 100s of pictures since I started. I joined Koinup and just loved sharing them. But then I got into blogging and starting doing events and that lead to sponsors and soon all I did was log on, blog, log off. The whole cyber world and creativity of amazing sims for years and years passed me by without noticing, but recently, I stopped and I started exploring again. So the last two pictures I posted, was all somewhere on the grid.

The one below is a sim that has the most amazing fields and flowers and shabby equipment with pretty chairs and decor. As I continued exploring I found a door that lead into a cave and I found this amazing dark space with all the glistering lights and sparkly trees. I could not resist. The picture is a little dark, but the idea was to show the lights. It was really a hidden treasure. Go visit Tillicum Island and see for yourself. Explore your heart out, you never know what you might find.

How to be picked out of a crowd

You know what is the biggest photography compliment of them all? Being recognized by your photography style. Who doesn’t want to be picked out of a crowd by the way they create?

Some might argue that all your pictures looks alike, but if you have found your style, you can still be interesting and the possibilities are endless. You are not chasing what others are doing, actually pretty much the opposite. Put your soul into it, embrace it and have fun!

Pink Fusion

Exciting news today is that The Pink Fusion hunt started! It is a 5L hunt, and so worth it. My hair, dress and nails are all from the hunt. It starts at Razor and the next landmark is included in the item.

I need to mention something that happened to me in SL today. I always go on about getting back to good. Today I was walking in a store, minding my own business, when a random stranger gave me 500L. I’m more used to a random stranger asking me to give him 500L. Of course I IM’ed him to ask if he made a mistake, and he said: “no, I want you to smile”. I did smile. I didn’t smile because I was 500L richer, I smiled because he wanted to spoil someone randomly and make the person feel good. I don’t need the 500L but I will pay it forward. 🙂  Have a great day everyone!

I was wondering what to write about, when I decided to use Ol’ Mr Google. So I googled (they should make this an official word, by the way) “random topic to blog about” and I stumbled upon a “topic generator”. This was useful , but probably not for my blog.
