Why did you choose this person?  To be perfectly honest, I am extremely sexist when it come to music. I can not listen to more than two songs back to back from a female singer. She can be absolutely amazing, but it needs to be diluted with a male voice. But seeing that I am female and I need to dress my avatar like my idol, I choose Pink after a lot of consideration. Why? because I can actually listen to two of her songs back to back.

Good Photography

The one thing I enjoy most about blogging is taking photographs. Shortly after I started Second Life, I was taking photos to capture memories and always strive to improve the quality of my photos.  I said it before, it does not matter how good you are at Photoshop, the basic photo needs to be of a good quality first. In most instances if you take a good quality photograph you do not even have to make a lot of enhancements in Photoshop or whatever program you use.

To improve my picture quality I constantly look for good tutorials. Sometimes you get so used to what you are doing, that you forget to make a small change, which make a huge difference. Have a look at the tutorial Harlow Heslop has put together, I have found it very informative and thought I’d share it with you. You may not want to start something professional, but snapshots are a great way to journal your Second Life and the memories are priceless.

In the photos below, I am wearing the new release from Delirium, although I changed the pants to a more plain pants; I love the top and the earrings and necklace are included as well as boots. I could not resist wearing the newest release from N-core though.

I know this has been blogged before, but I think this is still an interesting topic. What made you decide on your Second Life name? I had this conversation earlier today and there are so many reasons. I didn’t think that I would even log on a second time, so I thought about my first name and my last name, which I had to choose from a set list, but added the 500 randomly.I think we should start a meme about how you decided on your name. Who’s up for it?

My look for the day is mostly from !Admiral Spicy!  I liked the 3/4 jeans with the rolled cuffs. I was also looking for a sexy top to wear with it, when I saw this lovely top instore. I recently bought Lola Tango’s but with this top it looks like you are wearing it, without actually wearing it. It’s also a great buy for only 99L. And then of course, my new N-core shoes.. yes I’m still wearing it.  At this stage, I will even bath with it – with my feet hanging out of the bath of course, just so I can look at them all the time.

Unimportant Disasters

Have you ever noticed that when you go through a break up, or have stressors in real live that you tend to do more shopping Inworld? It’s like filling a void – way better than stuffing your face. At least I wouldn’t get fat and broke, but just broke. I normally have a weekly budget for Second Live and it’s ample. No point in having a Second Life just to admire stuff and not buy them – that may explain my huge inventory, which I tried to clear, but that, is a topic for another day.

I am a self professed shopaholic and not even ashamed of it.  Day before yesterday I was dancing at Ambrosia Night club to Sideshow Khoas’s chaos ( I laughed so much) when I decided that today would be a good day to go shopping for new dance animations. To my shock and horror I didn’t have enough lindens and I still had to survive to next Friday (keep in mind it was only Sunday)!

So what does a girl do in desperate times? Jump on all 7 of her alts (Calm down I don’t use them!) and pay all their lindens over to her main account. I’m smiling, disaster was avoided! Now when you see me shaking my pixels, it’s to brand new animations. Who said blondes aren’t clever 😉
