I had way to much time on my hands and played around with a different look. I was really searching for a headband to go with this outfit and then happen to see this very chic baroque top hat. Fragile Passion

OMG, Revenge Porn. I recently read an article in the July addition of the Marie Claire magazine.

This girl was standing in line at a checkout, when a guy tapped her on the shoulder and told her he saw her on a porn website and that she is a whore and cheating slut. She was so shocked about what this stranger told her and went home to look at this website. Not only was she naked sprawled all over the first page, she had the most clicks for the week and several other porn sites featured her as well. This was available for everyone to see… her family, friends, colleagues and future employers. But how did it get there… photos that was taken for her ex boyfriend exclusively.

It is about guys taking revenge on their ex-girlfriends by posting naked photos, including their personal details on various websites. Tagging it with “cheater”, “slut”, “ho” etc. These photos were posted on the website without her consent. And it is happening with a million other females. These websites has gone viral. Apparently, if something is posted anonymously it is not illegal and the website can not be sued or shut down. If you find the person who posted it, you can sue that person. The boyfriends who posts this, just claim that their computers were hacked.

The guy hosting the website, says: “we have no choice to believe that the person posting these photos is in fact telling the truth” He provides a community service ‘Get the dirt before you get hurt’. He rarely remove photos (at a cost) as this will disappoint his fans. He says “We live in a new age… and this is going to be a permanent part of it”

In a world like Second Life, it is easy to fall really hard for a guy – heart and soul. You trust him enough to sent him explicit pictures… ladies be careful.

turn off your light

Have you ever teleported into a club or store or where ever,  just to be blinded by someone’s facelight? I really do not get the reason for a facelight anymore. Granted two years ago, it was high fashion and it made your avatar look smoother, but in my opinion, the viewers has improved so much over the past couple of years that it in actual fact only make your avatar look washed out and bright.  Not to mention blinding other people and cast ugly shadows on other avatars…. oh I see what they are doing…

The funny thing is, I have been seeing less and less female avatars wearing facelights and more males that do. Are the males starting to be more vain?
I know I can turn off my atmospheric lights and it will fix the problem, but then I miss out on other lights that enhance sims and clubs and places I go. I get that some of us are superheros and need to glow, especially when using their powers, but facenovas please turn off your lights it is so 2012!!
Something that are brand new however, is the Endless Summer hunt and the really great gifts. This dress I’m wearing is from 22769 and is 100% free! I really love the colors and had so many compliments while wearing it when I was out and about.

Hottest news around is that the Endless Summer hunt is running from June 20th to July 20th. It has various amazing designer sponsors and the hunt gifts show this.

The quality of the gifts are really good and you have to do the hunt to get them as it is all hunt exclusives. The pants I’m wearing is really a male pants – oh yup forgot to say that it’s for males and females, which makes this even better although not all stores have a male gift.
